Registrations are confirmed with a signed purchase order only. Seats and rates will not be held while awaiting receipt of a purchase order. No P.O. numbers or requisitions in lieu of a signed purchase order.  *Click here for a W9*

Group Registration or Individual Registration with purchase order 

 

  1. Download and complete the group registration form (Excel/Google Sheets): 2024 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx **WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 & THURSDAY, MAY30 & FRIDAY, MAY 31 ARE NOW SOLD OUT**
  2. Obtain a signed purchase order from your district or institution for the amount specified in the form.
  3. Upload the completed registration form and the signed purchase order via the MATSOL portal: CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD REGISTRATION
  4. Watch for email from MATSOL with status updates on the group registration. 
  5. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation.

 

Credit Card Payment

Registrations are confirmed once credit card payment is received. Seats and rates will not be held while awaiting credit card payment.

Group registration with credit card 

  1. Download and complete the group registration form  (Excel/Google Sheets): 2024 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx  **WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 & THURSDAY, MAY 30 & FRIDAY, MAY 31 ARE NOW SOLD OUT**
  2. Upload the completed registration form and the signed purchase order via the MATSOL portal: CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD REGISTRATION
  3. Watch for email from MATSOL with an electronic invoice for online payment and with status updates on the group registration. 
  4. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation.

Individual registration with credit card 

Use this option to register yourself (MATSOL website login required). To register someone else, follow instructions for the Group Registration by Credit Card or contact [email protected] for assistance. 

  1. Log into the MATSOL website or create a new account: Individual Registration with Credit Card Payment **WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 & THURSDAY, MAY 30 & FRIDAY, MAY 31 ARE NOW SOLD OUT**
  2. Complete the online form and pay by credit card. 
  3. Registration is confirmed immediately when payment is processed. Watch for a confirmation email from MATSOL.

Check Payment

Registrations are confirmed only after a check is received and payment clears, which may take up to 2-3 weeks. Seats and rates will not be held while awaiting check receipt. To secure a registration more quickly, use another payment method. 

Group registration with check

  2. Upload the completed registration form via the MATSOL portal: CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD REGISTRATION
  3. Mail the check to MATSOL, 160 Alewife Brook Parkway #1201, Cambridge MA 02138.
  4. Watch for email from MATSOL with status updates on the registration. 
  5. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation.
