Call for Webinar Proposals

Whether you're an experienced webinar presenter or someone who would like to get their feet wet for the first time, we welcome you to submit a proposal on a subject matter you have expertise in. The Webinar Sub-Committee will review and offer suggestions to all, so don't be shy - your peers would love to hear from you!

Getting Started

Before anything else, please download these two documents:

Use the Guidelines and Information PDF to help you fill in the Worksheet. Please make sure the worksheet is complete and ready to be uploaded before you start the online form.

Proposal Submission

Proposals must be submitted online via the Call for Proposals - Webinar form. Please upload your finished worksheet to the form. Mailed or faxed proposals will not be considered. If you would like to submit multiple webinar proposals, please start a new online form for each proposal. By submitting a proposal you acknowledge that, if approved, your webinar will be recorded and will be accessible through MATSOL’s website.

Proposal Evaluation

All proposals are reviewed by the Webinar Sub-Committee with no bias or preference. All proposal reviewers will use the evaluation criteria and scoring rubric found at the end of MATSOL Webinar Proposal Guidelines and Information.

The quality of your proposal is an important factor in selection. Proposals should be carefully written and proofread.
