Exhibitor Registration

MATSOL invites publishers and other vendors to exhibit at the MATSOL 2022 Virtual Conference on Tuesday through Friday, May 24-27, 2022.

  • Virtual Exhibitor Booth - $300
  • Virtual Exhibitor Booth & Presentation - $400

The conference takes place over four days on the Whova platform. The conference program features concurrent sessions as well as On-Demand Sessions with pre-recorded poster sessions and teaching tips. Breaks are scheduled each day between sessions when participants will be encouraged to visit the Exhibitor area. 

Exhibitor and Commercial* Presentations

Do not submit exhibitor or commercial presentation via the ProposalSpace submission form. Exhibitor and commercial presentations must be accompanied with an exhibitor registration in order to secure a place in the schedule. *A commercial presentation is a presentation by a vendor concerning a publication, product, consulting service, software or other service for sale by the vendor.

Conference participants include EL educators and administrators from PK-12 schools (public, charter and independent), adult and workplace education, community college ESL, Intensive English Programs (IEPs), private language schools, and pre-service and in-service teacher education from across Massachusetts and the region. Registration is currently underway, but we expect over 1,000 attendees. 

Virtual Exhibitor Booth - $300

Customize your virtual exhibit booth in the Whova platform:

  • Company video: Upload a pre-recorded video to showcase your company to the attendees. It plays automatically once the attendees click into your profile page.
  • Brochures and handouts: Link to your company brochures and handouts. 
  • Live showcase: Set up a live session to showcase your company to the attendees with the service of your choice (Recommended: Zoom meeting/webinar, Vimeo, Youtube live, Dailymotion, Slidelive). Exhibitors may plan a livestream during the session breaks only. Livestreams may be publicized in the social stream but are not listed in the conference program agenda.
  • Interact with Attendees: Create discussion topics, host virtual meetups, and collect leads. 
  • Publicize your company: Your company logo will be posted on the conference website and included in publicity before and during the conference. 

Virtual Exhibitor Booth & Presentation - $400

All the benefits above PLUS:

  • One 60-minute session at the MATSOL Conference, listed in the conference program agenda.*
  • Reminder messages during the conference publicizing your presentation. 

* Exhibitor and commercial presentations will only be scheduled with the Virtual Exhibitor Booth & Presentation option. Presentation proposals are subject to review and approval before scheduling. MATSOL will send you a link to submit an exhibitor presentation proposal link once you register. Deadline for submission: Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis until April 1, 2022 or until presentations slots are filled, whichever comes first.

Payment Options

All payments must be made in full by April 15, 2022 for inclusion in the conference.

  • MC or VISA: Pay immediately with online registration
  • Other payment types: Register online and select "Pay Later" and enter billing information (name, address, email). MATSOL send an electronic invoice and payment instructions.
